Dear Passengers,
In accordance with the requirements of the US authorities, pursuant to the Federal Register 19 CFR Parts 122 and 178, and 8 CFR Parts 217 and 420, and also the requirements of Canadian authorities, pursuant to the Customs Act, Sec. 107.1, and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, your personal data are processed and passed on to US or Canadian authorities for security reasons when you travel to the USA or Canada. Your data are provided to the authorities in the APIS system to the following extent:
- Name and surname; date and place of birth; nationality according to your travel document; country of permanent residence; gender; number, type, and expiry date of your travel or other document; date and place of issuance of the document; issuing authority of the document; address while in the USA (in the format: number and street, town, state, and zip code) or contact address in Canada; booking code, place of departure, carrier’s code, flight number, date and place of arrival in the USA or Canada, date and place of departure from USA or Canada;
Furthermore, from the booking and check-in systems the following data are provided:
- Name and surname; date and place of birth; travel document number; names and surnames of fellow travellers; flight numbers of your reservation; telephone contact; permanent address; OK Plus or another frequent flyer card number; your request regarding the reservation of a specific seat; requested special meal or special service; name and contact of selling agency.
In accordance with the requirements of the Spanish authorities, pursuant to the European Commission Regulation No. EC/82/2004, your personal data are processed and passed on to Spanish authorities for security reasons when you travel to the Spain. Your personal data are provided to the authorities in the APIS system to the following extent:
- Name and surname; date of birth; nationality according to your travel document; gender; number and type of your travel or other document; code of reservation, place of departure, carrier’s code, flight number, date and place of arrival in Spain, date and place of departure from Spain.
The passing on of the above personal data is in complete compliance with Czech and EU.
