We offer you the option of completing a simple form, in which you provide us with basic information about you and your flight, as well as the name and direct contact information of one of your relatives. If you complete this form each time you purchase a ticket, it will help us get in touch with your loved ones more quickly in the event non-standard circumstances arise, such as an aviation incident or accident. Completing the form is optional. It is entirely up to you whether you would like your relatives to be informed more quickly in the event of an extraordinary situation.

The form consists of six basic, compulsory items: passenger’s first and last name; date of birth; flight number; departure date; full name of contact person; and telephone number of contact person. All other items are optional. The information saved is not archived, and is automatically and irreversibly deleted 72 hours after the flight stated in the record has landed.

We provide the form on our website in accordance with Regulation No. 996/2010 of the European Parliament and Council of 20 October on the investigation and prevention of accidents and incidents in civil aviation, which is binding for every airline operating flights from the European Union.
