Introducing the Czech Airlines Training Centre

The Czech Airlines Training Centre provides professional training for all CSA employees, with the exception of aircraft crew professional training.

Within our catalogue one can find courses concerning air transport -- for technical and operations staff, courses on the air transport of goods (IATA), travel and tourism courses, as well as professional development and language courses.

Course participants are trained for their future job positions, or they improve their overall knowledge and skills -- and not only in their areas of expertise. CSA aims at providing high-quality services to its customers, so it is necessary for its staff to be able to communicate successfully. For this reason, we pay attention to an understanding of cultural diversity, and the development of communication and language skills.

A detailed list may be found under "Courses".

Training is carried out in the modern classrooms of our newly-built Training Centre in Prague-Ruzyne Airport's Hangar B. Our qualified instructors have sophisticated technology at their disposal -- data projectors, visualisers, computers, a "high-tech" cinema hall, videos and large-screen TVs, over-heads, etc.
We are always glad to welcome external customers to our new premises. We can arrange for qualified training in the air transport of passengers and goods, language courses and training in communications and customer care.
