- Bonus tickets that have been issued but have not been flown can be returned during the term of their validity, prior to the commencement of the trip. Miles are returned to the Corporate Account from which they were taken. 1,000 points will be deducted from the Corporate Account in the event of the return of a reward.
- Can we return our bonus ticket?
- You can book a bonus ticket from your OK Plus Corporate Programme account pages, once you enter your corporate membership number and your PIN. You will be assisted in making your booking by the instructions specified in the menu. You can also book a bonus ticket by calling our Contact Centre line at +420 239 007 600, 24 hours a day.
- Can changes be made on an already issued bonus ticket?
- Yes. A subsequent change of the date and/or number of the flight is possible on a bonus ticket that has already been issued. A change in routing may also be requested prior to the commencement of the trip, but only in the same zone. A change in the name on the ticket is not possible.
- What changes can be made on an already issued bonus ticket?

- Is it designed for our company, too?
- Most probably, yes. The condition is that your company, as a business entity, must have an identification number (“IČ”) or another registration number. Programme membership is not available to travel agencies and companies that have a contract concluded with Czech Airlines on the sale of tickets.
- Why should we register in the OK Plus Corporate programme?
- You only gain by registering. The benefits you gain from us are free. With reward tickets, you can save on the costs of business trips. OK Plus Corporate Programme membership will bring you a number of other benefits, which should pleasantly surprise you.
- How can we register?
- The fastest way to register is on our website, at www.czechairlines.com or www.okpluscorporate.com.
- Who can register our company?
- The registration may be completed by any person authorised by your company’s management.
- How can we change our registration data?
- During your membership, you can update your data via the Internet. To access registration data, you need to enter your corporate membership number and your PIN. The name of the company may only be changed on the basis of a copy of an excerpt from the Commercial (or another) Registry confirming it.
- When does our membership expire?
- Membership is automatically terminated when no transaction has been noted in the corporate account in 24 months, your company winds down, or it is expelled from the programme.
- We have forgotten our PIN. How should we proceed?
- If you have forgotten your PIN, use the form Request a forgotten password.
- How are points earned in the OK Plus Corporate programme?
The process for the crediting of points for the flights flown is as follows. Log in under your corporate membership number and enter your PIN. From the menu, choose the item “Flight Registration” and enter the requested information from the ticket. The flight entered will be automatically carried over to the table “Statement of Flights” and supplemented by information about the processing progress. You will be credited points for the flights flown, within 10 to 12 weeks of the date of the flight.
For points to be credited automatically, enter your corporate number when making a booking over the Internet, or inform your travel agent of your OK Plus Corporate programme membership.
- For which flights will we be credited?
- Points will be credited to your corporate account for flights which comply with all of the following conditions:
- Flights were purchased in a country enabling registration in the OK Plus Corporate programme
- The flights were scheduled OK flights, operated by Czech Airlines
- The tickets were duly paid for, in accordance with the rate
- The rate conditions do not exclude the crediting of the ticket
- The tickets have the carrier code 064 and were issued for the booking classes J, C, D, Y, M, B, H, K, T, A, L, X, Q, U, V, N, S, W, or G.
- For which flights will we not be credited?
- OK Plus Corporate programme points cannot be credited in the following cases:
- A flight on a reward ticket
- A flight on an AD or ID ticket, and tickets designated NO FFP, NO MILEAGE ACCRUAL, NO CREDIT
- The ticket was issued in the E, Z, or R booking classes
- Charter flights
- How many points will we earn for flights with Czech Airlines?
- The number of points earned with a flight can be found in the point table in the section Your Points / Earning Points / Point Table
- How many points do we need to obtain a reward ticket?
- The number of points required for obtaining a reward ticket can be found in the Table of Reward Tickets, in the section Your Points / Redeeming Your Points / Table of Reward Tickets
- Can we earn points for flying with Czech Airlines’ partners?
- At the present time, points cannot be credited in the OK Plus Corporate programme for flights with other airlines, including our partners associated in the SkyTeam Alliance.
- How should we proceed when a flight has not appeared in our corporate account?
- If a flight you have purchased is not shown in the Statement of Account or in the table “Statement of Reservations” or “Statement of Registered Flights”, go to the option, and enter all of the required information from the ticket into the form. If the problem with the displaying of flights persists, write us a note.
- Will you help me with account administration?
- If you need help in working with your account, write us a note from your company’s page in the OK Plus Corporate programme, or call us at a number you find on the following list. We will be happy to assist you.
- Can we give a reward ticket to our business partner, for example?
- Yes, a reward ticket can be issued to any person you choose.
- How should we proceed when booking a reward ticket?
- You can book reward tickets from your account’s webpage in the OK Plus Corporate programme, or from the Czech Airlines’ website, by entering your corporate membership number and your PIN. When making a booking, you will be assisted by the instructions provided in the menu.
- Can points be transferred among corporate accounts?
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred to the balance of another company’s corporate account. If your company is merging or being taken over, please contact the OK Plus Corporate Service Centre.
- Can we convert points from the company’s account into OK Plus Miles?
- Points from the corporate programme cannot be exchanged form miles in the OK Plus programme for individuals.
- Our employees are OK Plus members. Can they earn miles even when the tickets are bought by the company?
- Yes, when an employee who is an OK Plus member goes on a business trip, the relevant points will be credited to your corporate account, and the relevant miles will also be credited to your employee in the OK Plus programme.
- Can we return our bonus ticket?
- Bonus tickets that have been issued but have not been flown can be returned during the term of their validity, prior to the commencement of the trip. Miles are returned to the Corporate Account from which they were taken. 1,000 points will be deducted from the Corporate Account in the event of the return of a reward.
