How does it work?

1. Book your flight at website www.czechairlines.com ( “Czech Airlines website”) (only flights exclusively operated by company České aerolinie a.s. (Czech Airlines j.s.c.) (“ Czech Airlines”), not code-share flights)

2. Within the one hour following your online booking on the Czech Airlines website, you find a lower online fare (i.e. the total price excluding service fees) (“fare”) for the same electronic ticket* on another website.

3. Take a screenshot** of the fare quote page showing the lower fare and send it to us via the web form within the one (1) hour after complete booking your flight on the Czech Airlines website.

4. Czech Airlines will evaluate your request and if any and all criteria stated below are met, the fare difference + 10% of the lower fare will be refunded to you as a electronic voucher that can be used for you next booking at Czech Airlines website.

* The same electronic ticket means:

• the same flight or flights and;
• the same travel class/product (Value special, Economy, Economy premium, Business, Business premium) and
• the same date of travel and scheduled hour of departure and
• the same airport of origin and destination and
• fare quoted has to be in the same currency as that on the Czech Airlines website and

Please ensure all criteria mentioned above are met (each of them and jointly together) to have a valid claim.

** How to take a screenshot:

• For Windows users: Open the site that displays the lower fare and press the key ‘Print Scrn’ on your keyboard. Open a new document (for example in Paint or Word) and press ‘CTRL + V’ on your keyboard. Save the document on your computer to be sent via the online form to us.
• For Mac users: Open the site that displays the lower fare and press the key combination ‘cmd + shift + 3’. The screenshot will automatically be saved on your desktop.
