Meal codes
Czech Airlines accepts all meal codes mentioned in IATA airimp.
Reconfirmation policy
If a passenger has reserved his seat in advance for his return or
continuing flight, it is recommended to reconfirm his intention to use
such reservation in any Czech Airlines office.
Name change restriction
Name change message will update the name but a message advising of the
change will be returned to the booking office with reply in ssr "segment status changed due name chg" and booking is ccld.
In some crs's name change isn't possible at all, after that, reply is
"contact airline office".
Sell more than 361 days in the future
Availability display is available for 361 days only.
You can use "advanced queue ( q10 )" for bookings more that 361 days
in the future. This queue is used for bookings that are beyond the
system range (999 days max). This is known as 'booking beyond system
range'.
You will sell these segments as 'ghost' (gk, gn) segments.
Lost ticket
Lost ticket indemnity form (ipr rule): 50 euro
100 USD (only in USA)
Duplicate fee will be collected on Czech Airlines mco or will be collected
on a new ticket (issued against original one) as a next tax with code yr.
