1. Introduction

OK Plus Corporate is a frequent buyer marketing programme operated by Czech Airlines (hereinafter CSA) with the objective of further improving the quality of CSA services and to provide benefits to corporate customers (hereinafter Company) who regularly travel with CSA.  The Companies that wish to benefit from membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme  will need to register in the programme.  The companies that register in the OK Plus Corporate programme through the Registration form thus conclude a contract with Czech Airlines, Prague 6, Ruzyne Airport, 160 08, IC 45795908, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, Insert 1662.  The contract follows these General Rules of the OK Plus Corporate programme (hereinafter Rules).

2. Membership

  • 2.1 OK Plus Corporate membership is free of charge.
  • 2.2 Only a Company doing business in the United Kingdom with an IC (Identification number) or another registration number may become a member, provided it does not have another incentive agreement concluded with CSA and was not excluded from the programme.  For the purposes of the programme, a Company means a legal entity registered in a trade register or another similar register, i.e., association of physical and legal entities, special purpose property associations, state administration bodies, regional self-administration bodies, interest associations of legal entities and physical entities doing business under the trade law or another legal regulation, political parties and movements registered under the law.
  • 2.3 Membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme is only possible if the Company appoints a contact person at the time of registration.
    2.4 Travel agencies, associations – dealers, ticket agents, CSA and CSA subsidiaries are excluded from the OK Plus Corporate programme.
  • 2.5 Membership of a Company in the OK Plus Corporate programme begins with registration, i.e., the Company has to complete a registration form and agree with the General Rules of the OK Plus Corporate programme and also provide Company data in order to receive the benefits of the OK Plus Corporate programme.
  • 2.6 Once the registration process is completed, CSA will confirm the membership by e-mail.
  • 2.7 The registered Company is assigned a Company number and a Company account is set up which can only be administered via the Internet.  Each Company may be assigned only one registration number.
  • 2.8 Membership begins as of the date of registration.
  • 2.9 One registration per Company may be accepted.
  • 2.10. Membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme will be automatically terminated if there is no movement on the Company account within 24 months and/or if the Company transfers its registered office out of the United Kingdom and/or its registration number is cancelled and/or the Company terminates its business due to liquidation or any other reason.
  • 2.11 The Company may request CSA to terminate its membership any time during the course of membership.
  • 2.12 CSA reserves the right to immediately exclude a Company from the programme, including cancellation of already issued bonus tickets, in case where:
    1. The OK Plus Corporate programme General Rules have been violated;
    2. The “Detailed Conditions of Carriage for Passengers, Baggage and Cargo in Air Transport” issued by CSA have been violated;
    3. Flights which were not purchased by the Company were added and registered in the    Company account, and also in case of faulty information, fraud, abuse of the OK Plus Corporate programme, including breach of programme procedures or failure to follow CSA staff instructions
  • by a person representing the Company and/or its employees.
  • 2.13 As of the date the membership in the CSA programme was terminated or the Company was excluded from the programme, CSA will cancel all point balances in the Company account without compensation, the Company cannot then earn or use points, and all its claims towards CSA resulting from the OK Plus Corporate programme membership are forfeit.

    3. Earning points

    • 3.1 Points are the basic unit used in the OK Plus Corporate programme and represent the extent of the registered Company’s loyalty.
    • 3.2 Individual CSA flights are evaluated with a certain number of points the Company earns for its account after using these flights.
    • 3.3 The validity of points is unlimited throughout the term of the OK Plus Corporate programme membership.
    • 3.4 Points may be earned for flights the Company purchased in the United Kingdom for scheduled OK flights operated by CSA, if the Company pays for the tickets according to the tariff and if the conditions of the tariff do not bar the earning of points.  Points may be added to the account only after the flight, for flights purchased on tickets with the carrier code 064 which were issued to C, D, Y, M, B, H, T, L, Q, V, N, S, G, U or W classes.  Point evaluations may be found at www.okpluscorporate.com.
    • 3.5 Points are added to the Company’s account automatically within 10-12 weeks after the flight if the Company declares its Company membership number at the time of ticket purchase, or if it registers the purchased flight via its account on the Internet.
    • 3.6 Points for  flights may be added if  flown during membership in the OK Plus Corporate programme.
    • 3.7 Points for a particular flight may only be added to one OK Plus Corporate account, always to the account of the Company which purchased the flight.
    • 3.8 Points are not added for charter flights.
    • 3.9 Flights on bonus tickets, AD, ID tickets and tickets endorsed with NO FFP, NO MILEAGE ACCRUAL, NO CREDIT are not eligible for point evaluation.  Tickets issued to the E, Z, R booking classes are also not eligible for point evaluation.  CSA reserves the right for the partial or complete excluding of certain fares from point evaluation throughout the entire length membership in the programme.
    • 3.10 Points for particular flights may only be added once.  If a flight can be added to several  loyalty programmes, one flight may only be added to one programme, if not stipulated otherwise.
    • 3.11 For flights added to a Company account in the OK Plus Corporate programme, miles may also be added for these flights to the accounts of the OK Plus Programme members under the OK Plus General Rules.
    • 3.12 In case of a merger of companies or if a Company takes over another one, points may be transferred to the account of the selected Company registered in the OK Plus Corporate programme, only upon the approval of CSA.  The application has to be sent to okpluscorporate@csa.cz.
    • 3.13 CSA reserves the right  at any time to deduct points from the account of the Company registered in the OK Plus Corporate programme for flights the Company did not pay for, or did not fly,  where the point evaluation does not apply, or where there is a discrepancy between the value that has been added and the actual value.
    • 3.14 In disputed cases CSA reserves the right to require the ticket for verification (in case of electronic ticket the e-ticket itinerary) and the boarding pass.  If not specified otherwise, all documents and correspondence should be delivered to CSA electronically, in an eligible format to okpluscorporate@csa.cz.  Claims may be placed up to 12 months after the date of the flight .


    4. Redeeming points – rewards

    • 4.1 OK Plus Corporate programme rewards are bonus tickets for OK flights operated by CSA, or other rewards CSA may offer for the accrued points.
    • 4.2 The Company may acquire rewards only for points on its Company account in the OK Plus Corporate programme.  Missing points cannot be paid for with money or with miles from OK Plus Programme members.  The number of points necessary for a reward is specified in point charts.  CSA reserves the right to change the number of points necessary to accrue individual rewards throughout the term of membership.
    • 4.3 The Company can use the rewards for persons it names through its contact person.
    • 4.4 Bonus tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  CSA reserves the right to reduce the number of passengers with bonus tickets on certain flights.  For certain flights bonus tickets cannot be issued at all.  More detailed information can be obtained at CSA offices.
    • 4.5 Bonus tickets for CSA flights issued for Travel Class may be upgraded to Business Class when this is paid for.  More detailed information may be obtained at CSA offices or at the check-in counter at the airport before departure.
    • 4.6 During the course of one journey on a bonus ticket, one open-jaw is allowed, i.e., the airport of arrival on the outbound flight does not have to be identical with the airport of departure for the return flight within the same zone (e.g., Prague-Frankfurt and Berlin-Prague).  The issuing of a one-way bonus ticket is not possible.
    • 4.7 Rewards (bonus tickets) are subject to all applicable taxes and other charges and taxes.  All taxes and charges related to reward redemption are paid by the Company.  The taxation of rewards is borne by the beneficiary.
    • 4.8 No additional changes are possible on an already issued bonus ticket, and its validity cannot be extended and name changes not permitted.  Issued and unused bonus tickets cannot be refunded and points cannot be re-added to the Company account.
    • 4.9 In case of any doubt while travelling on a bonus ticket, the passenger may be requested to prove his/her identity.
    • 4.10 If a person uses a reward he/she is not entitled to under the OK Plus Corporate programme Rules, it will result in cancellation of the reward.  If such a person already started travel on a bonus ticket, the person will bear the costs of the entire travel.
    • 4.11 Points cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, nor transferred to the balance of the OK Plus Corporate account of another Company.


    5. Miscellaneous

    • 5.1 With registration in the OK Plus Corporate programme, the Company agrees to follow the valid programme Rules, including additionally published changes.  CSA reserves the right to change the Rules at any time, including the system of earning and redeeming points,  without previous notification.
    • 5.2 The Company will be informed about changes in the programme Rules via the Internet on the OK Plus Corporate programme Web site.  If not specified otherwise, the changes are effective the moment of their issuing.  CSA will make every effort in order to inform the Companies about changes or about termination of the OK Plus Corporate programme, and is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the changes.
    • 5.3 A Company which breaches the Rules will be liable for all damages or losses incurred by CSA.
    • 5.4 In case of loss or leakage of a password, the Company shall immediately inform CSA. CSA is not liable for possible damages incurred by password abuse.
    • 5.5 Each breach of the Rules of the OK Plus Corporate programme may result in the cancellation of rights arising from earned points, in no rewards being given or in their cancellation – including already issued bonus tickets.
    • 5.6 Provided Company data may be used for marketing research, advertising and initiating business under § 7, Act no. 480/2004 Coll. for current and future projects, or services at CSA of the Czech Republic. The data will be used by CSA and may be passed on to third persons only for the provision of benefits resulting from OK Plus Corporate programme membership.  The Company data may be changed or deleted at any time.
    • 5.7 The OK Plus Corporate programme follows the legal regulations of the Czech Republic. CSA reserves the right to cancel an agreement with a Company and/or cancel points under par. 2.12 of the Rules.
    • 5.8 The Rules come into effect beginning 10 October 2005.
