What is OK Plus Corporate?

OK Plus Corporate is a loyalty program offered by ČSA to the corporate customer.

 

Who is the OK Plus Corporate program designed for?

The program is designed for businesses registered under a Czech business identification number or other registration number. The company may not use another corporate loyalty program at the same time of the CSAThe program is not designed for travel agents or companies that have another type of existing incentive contract with ČSA.

How can you register your company?

The fastest and most convenient registration method is by visiting www.czechairlines.com or www.okpluscorporate.com. You can also register by calling +420 239 007 600.

How can you change your corporate details after registering?

At any time, the corporate user member can update their details online by visiting the proper website and logging in using their Corporate Number and Password. (Please note: A change in the name of the company is only possible upon providing a copy of the commercial registry abstract (or its equivalent), validating the change.)

When does a membership expire?

A membership will automatically expire if no flights are recorded under the corporate account for a period of 24 months and/or if the company terminates its business in the Czech Republic and/or by the disqualification of the company from the program.

How can you earn points under the OK Plus Corporate program?

Points can be collected for flights that have been completed. Log in to the system using your Corporate Number and Password. Select "Flight Registration" from the menu and enter the requested information  from of the ticket. The flight will be automatically entered into the "Flight History" table, along with the information on its processing status. The points for completed flights will be credited within 10 - 12 weeks after the flight.

What types of flights qualify?

All flights purchased in the United Kingdom on the regular ČSA-operated OK routes can be included under the OK Plus Corporate program, provided the user company has paid for the ticket, based on the valid ticket prices, and that the terms and conditions for the particular rate do not exclude the flight from qualifying for the program.
The flights purchased with the following types of tickets can be included in the program: Tickets with carrier code '064', issued for the following classes: 'C', 'D', 'Y', 'M', 'B', 'H', 'T', 'L', 'Q', 'V', 'N', 'S', 'G', 'U', 'W'.

Which flights do not qualify for the program?

Flights taken with a ticket redeemed under this bonus program; 'AD' and 'ID' ticket classes; and, tickets containing any of the following in the endorsement section – 'NO FFP', 'NO MILEAGE ACCRUAL', 'NO CREDIT'. These do not qualify for the program. Additionally, 'E', 'Z' and 'R' class tickets are excluded from the program. All charter flights are excluded from the program. ČSA reserves the right to partially or fully exclude any of its special flight offerings from qualifying for this bonus program.

How many points does the user company get for its flights on ČSA?

Can you earn points for flights with the ČSA partner airlines?

Currently, it is not possible to earn points for flights taken with other airlines.

How can you claim missing points for your account?

If any of the flights that you have purchased (and completed) do not show up in your "Account Statement" or the "Booking History" or "Flight Registration History" tables, go to the "Flight Registration" section and use the form provided to enter the required data from your ticket. Should you still have a problem being able to locate the flight in your history, contact us.

Is it possible to use the bonus ticket as a gift?

Yes, the bonus tickets can be issued in the name of a person of your choice.

How can you make a reservation for a bonus ticket?

You can book your bonus tickets by logging into the profile section of your account or into the ČSA website using your Corporate Number and Password. Use the instructions under the corresponding menu to make the booking.

Is it possible to transfer points between different corporate accounts?

The points cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-transferable. And, they cannot be sold, traded or transferred to the OK Plus Corporate balance of another company. In the event of a corporate merger or acquisition, please contact the OK Plus Corporate service centre.

Is it possible to convert the points from the corporate account into OK Plus frequent flyer miles?

The points cannot be converted into the frequent flyer miles collected under the OK Plus program.

Your employees are members of the OK Plus program. Will they still be able to earn miles under their frequent flyer account?

Yes, if the employee of your company, who was travelling on a business trip, is also a member of the OK Plus program, you will earn points into your Corporate Account AND the travelling employee will earn miles under the OK Plus frequent flyer program.

Is it possible to earn both points and miles for the same flight?

Yes, points and miles can be earned for the same flight.
