Groups - General information

IATA agencies can book groups in their own GDS. Minimum group size is 10pax.

All group fare quote requests should be sent to our Groups Team at:
groups.lon@czechairlines.com

Standardised fare quote tables with price, RBD, number of free tickets (if applicable) and payment conditions will be sent to agencies. Once the reservation is created, seat status is automatically advised on queue in the GDS within 24h. Payment due dates will be advised through GDS on the system queue. Instructions on how to create a group PNR and all queue response formats can be found in “General rules” and “Ticketing instructions” sent with each fare quote.

Low deposit – 10% from the base fare due 21 days after seat confirmation

All group fares with Czech Airlines include:

Complimentary catering – sandwiches and drinks (incl. Czech beer & wine) on all flights, hot meals are served on flights over 3,5h
Generous 12kg hand luggage and 20kg checked baggage allowance
Assigned group on board seating
FFP miles – all group fares are eligible for accrual (SkyTeam affiliated FFPs)
