E-ticket

E-Ticket available for the UK agencies

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that E-tickets can be issued by UK agencies on Czech Airlines flights from the following dates:

Sabre: 22^nd November 2005

Amadeus and Galileo have implemented e-ticketing 1^st September 2005

Worldspan have implemented e-ticketing 4^th October 2005

We are confident that this new service will bring a lot more flexibility and will be more efficient and convenient for your clients and for all of us. With the E-ticketing you no longer need a deadline for ticket issue before departure, there will be no cost for TOD and PTA or additional surcharge for paper ticket for your customers (applicable for e-ticket destinations).

You are kindly asked to issue an e-ticket on all e-ticketable routes. Whilst this is not compulsory at present, in future a penalty is likely to be applied for paper ticket issued on e-ticketable routes (details will follow in due time).

Below is a list of all CSA e-ticket destinations at the moment. New CSA"ET destinations" are coming soon!
